It's been 2 months since I complained about your management, your management has very well understood what has gone wrong but you still don't have enough honesty to make a resolution about it. I would like to be able to take legal action against you but at present I cannot bear it as my husband's health condition is not good. Will the money lost due to negligence on your part be compensated by sharing RCA and CAPA on your part? Two important things are there, we expected proper treatment which we did not get from your multispecialty hospital. The patient was admitted to your hospital with a condition of 58000 platelets and the condition was discharged with 38000 platelets. This case was in Insurance, I did not get even 1% benefit from your treatment but apart from insurance approval, Rs 30168/- difference amount had to be paid in cash on 17.09.24. On the 2nd day 18.09.24 again I had to pay 11230/- & 10200/- in cash to the hospital, so I want you to refund my 30168/-, 11230/- & 10200/-. I hope that positive response will come from your side, then after that I can think of stopping my complaint here.
