Unfair Billing Practice - with first parent There is a concerning billing practice where the first parent of the day is charged the full cost for materials used during the main course. These materials are then reused for other children throughout the day. While it’s understandable that materials may be shared, the first parent ends up paying more than others who attend later on the same day, which feels unfair and misleading.
