I am greatly indebted to Dr. Dhalapathy Sadacharan for his excellent surgical skills and practical guidance on my THYROID surgery. Despite being a senior doctor and professor myself, I too had a lot of 'ifs' and 'buts' in my minds regarding the best type of surgery for my condition. Discussions with my oncology, ENT, Surgery, Endocrine friends regarding the best course was perplexing for me too. Dr. Dhalapathy answered all my questions with ease and allayed my fears to my utmost satisfaction. The process of admission, insurance approval, operation theatre experience and the post operative stay were all a breeze. I stayed at Apollo Spectra hospital and I enjoyed the hospitality and clinical services provided in the hospital. I recently had an accidental injury while cleaning my bike chain, which resulted in a deep cut on my finger along with a bone injury. I immediately visited the Vedant hospital, where I was treated by Dr. Manish. Dr. Manish is highly experienced and took immediate action upon my arrival. He performed my surgery within an hour, which included stitching the wound and inserting a small rod to properly align and support the finger bone. The entire surgical procedure was handled very professionally, and all safety and medical protocols were strictly followed by the doctor and his team. I was admitted for one day, and my overall experience with the Vedant hospital staff was excellent. The staff was very supportive, attentive, and ensured I was comfortable throughout my stay. They also assisted me with the mediclaim process by helping prepare the necessary documents for submission to the insurance company, which made the process much easier. Additionally, Dr. Manish has been conducting regular follow-ups and checks my progress every Saturday, ensuring proper recovery. Overall, I am very satisfied with the treatment and care I received. I would highly recommend Dr. Manish and the Vedant hospital for their professionalism, prompt response, and excellent patient care.
