Disclaimer: This is nothing to do with the doctor or the treatment... Very bad experience.. especially the counseling.. I have corporate insurance without any capping but the hospital Third Party Administrator and the counselor Na uroz seemed not competent enough to handle the situations/queries.. I gave him all the details and stated about my requirements...but he insisted me talk to the my insurance company or my HR only..not willing to help..when my HR suggested them to email to the T P A he simply declined by saying can't be done..I said like I am trapped and he replied ... INDEED, seems he must have some extraordinary power in this hospital.. Also called my HR as AGENT, although I introduced as my HR is online... ..
