• Eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty)
• Tummy tuck (abdominoplasty)
• Buttock augmentation (Brazilian butt lift)

Plastic surgery is generally safe when performed by a qualified and experienced plastic surgeon in an accredited facility. However, like any surgical procedure, it carries risks such as infection, bleeding, adverse reactions to anaesthesia, scarring, and dissatisfaction with the results.

The recovery period varies depending on the type of procedure performed and individual factors such as age, overall health, and the extent of surgery. Some procedures may require only a few days of downtime, while others may require several weeks or months for full recovery. For example, it takes six weeks in case of tummy tuck.

In most cases, health insurance does not cover cosmetic plastic surgery because it is considered elective and not medically necessary. However, certain reconstructive procedures may be covered if they are deemed medically necessary to restore function or correct deformities caused by injury, disease, or congenital conditions.
