Kuch bhi accha nhi hai ,communication bht gnde hai ,patient ka sunti nhi kuch bs apna hi bolti Rahti bs , kuch bolne nhi nhi deti ,bs apna Bol kr rah jati or fir jane ko Bol deti …problem hai kuch btati treatment asman pr rahta hai …i don’t recommend to anyone

Medanta Patna is much much better than Paras hospital and Ruban hospital etc Best in Buhar one of the best in India only some more training for staffs required for more smooth coordination between patient atendsnt and staffsv

Medanta Patna’s management is deplorable. My 85-year-old grandfather’s daytime CT scan was delayed until 11 PM, with staff claiming “no time.” Their rude, argumentative response to complaints was unprofessional. Billing was fraudulent—items used once charged as ten. This chaotic hospital failed to deliver timely care or respect, shattering trust. I am sharing my deeply disappointing and heartbreaking experience with Jay Prabha Medanta Super Specialty Hospital. A few days ago, my father in law was admitted there for the treatment of general fever and loose motions. Being a post-transplant patient, he was allocated a bed in the isolation ICU. From the beginning, we noticed a concerning approach from the hospital staff. After knowing that my father was a retired bank manager, it seemed as though the hospital viewed him as a financially lucrative patient. As a result, the treatment process became unnecessarily prolonged and financially burdensome. During his stay, the doctor under whose supervision he was admitted, Dr. Deepak, went on vacation multiple times (4 to 5 times), displaying an unacceptably casual approach to my father’s critical condition. This left us struggling to get updates and follow-ups from other available doctors, none of whom seemed to take full accountability for his treatment. The hospital's financial team repeatedly requested payments, which we made as instructed—unaware that this would become one of our biggest regrets. The experience made it clear that Medanta Hospital prioritizes financial gain over patient care. It felt as though they had set a financial target based on my father’s background, rather than focusing on his health and well-being. Tragically, we lost our father in law, and with him, we lost everything. We have always believed that doctors are like God, saving lives with compassion. However, this experience has shattered that belief. It is heartbreaking to witness the commercialization of healthcare, where patients are treated as mere business opportunities rather than human lives in need of care. We can only hope that justice prevails in some form and that no other family has to endure such a painful ordeal. I strongly advise others to think twice before choosing Jay Prabha Medanta Super Specialty Hospital in Patna, Bihar.

Totally dissatisfied with the way doctors have handled our case. Because of negligence of orthopedic doctor Rajiv Sinha during infection spread in the whole body of my mother and she is in a condition that from where her recovery seems almost impossible.
