We reached from Dewas to Indore early morning at 9am to get admitted for colonoscopy, endoscopy & Sonography, when it took more than an hour to complete the admission formalities at Admission counter for CGHS patient, we decided to go for Sonography in OPD in the meantime to save time but the girl billed all the 3 tests instead of 1 at opd counter. When we moved back to admission counter for admission the person Incharge Mr Gurjar said CGHS entitlement can't be availed as we hv gone for OPD whereas his seat is Right next/adjacent to OPD and he was very much listening to my discussions with the girl at OPD counter. In a manner of speaking he was waiting for the problem to be created rather than helping patients, this is height of narcissist attitude....this behaviour can take lives of critical patients, none of them informed about these complicated rules. Then we were asked to cancel opd which couldn't be done even after 3 hours and then we were told be Gastroenterologist that now it cannot be done bcoz it takes 4-5 hrs and it was already 12:30, so we had no option to return back to our city with aged patient despite coordinating several times in advance with Mr. Patidar a day before .... Horrible experience, others please be careful as I don't think feedback matters for Medanta grievance team

I would like to convey my heart-felt gratitude to the entire team for their effective teamwork. A special thanks to Surgeon - Dr. Avinash Mandoli Anesthetist- Dr. Zakir Hussain. I got my mother's both knee operation done in Medanta Hospital Indore June & August 24, the results are really good we as a family are very satisfied for all the support that has been given during my mother's operation and her stay in the hospital .
