Write a ReviewSubject: Unacceptable Experience at Fortis Ludhiana I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with my recent hospitalization at Fortis Hospital, Chandigarh Road, Ludhiana. Several egregious issues came to light during my stay: 1. Blatant Overcharging: I was shocked to find that consumable items like gloves and tissues were added to my bill despite not being used. As a conscious patient, I can attest that these items were never utilized. 2. Meal Service Debacle: I was served only 6 meals, yet charged for 12. The dietitian's visit before discharge was a mere formality, as the promised improvements weren't implemented. In fact, I was deliberately shifted from CCU to another room at 12 pm and wasn't served lunch until my discharge at 2 pm. 3. Radiation Safety Negligence: During X-rays, hospital staff prioritized their own safety by warning them to shift to a safe location. However, adjacent patients, mere meters away, were left exposed to radiation risks due to sheer negligence. These incidents demonstrate a lack of accountability, transparency, and patient-centric care. I demand immediate attention to these issues and expect corrective action.
