Established in 2008 by Dr. Ajay Kumar Tyagi and Dr. Kapil Kumar, it began its journey as a single clinic in Noida. Over the years, it has evolved into a prominent healthcare provider in North India, operating seven hospitals with a combined capacity of over 2,300 beds across Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, and Madhya Pradesh.

Notably, its Greater Noida West facility is the first and only hospital in Uttar Pradesh to receive Joint Commission International (JCI) accreditation, underscoring its commitment to global healthcare standards.

The hospital's expansion milestones include the establishment of a 250-bed facility in Noida in 2013 and a third hospital in Noida Extension in 2019.
