To the Honorable Park Hospital Authorities, I. *Appreciation for Exceptional Care* I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for the outstanding medical care I received during my stay in November 2025. I was admitted for the treatment of Acute Chest Congestion and other unstable vital signs. The efforts put forth by the staff in my recovery have been truly commendable: • Dr. Muskan demonstrated professional competence and diligence that significantly contributed to my fast recovery. She deserves profound appreciation, and I wish her a glittering career ahead. • The care was ably guided by Dr. M.K. Dutta, whose leadership and expertise were instrumental in managing my case effectively. • The nursing staff members, Kajal and Nisha, also exhibited exceptional dedication and care, which made my treatment process much smoother. II. *Proposal for Staff Recognition Policy* Along with this feedback, I wish to submit a formal proposal/suggestion aimed at boosting staff morale and inspiring continuous excellence across the hospital. I propose that the Park Hospital Authorities formulate an annual policy based on the "Patient Feedback" received and duly compiled each December. This policy would entail: 1. Annual Recognition: Honoring one outstanding Doctor and one outstanding Nursing Staff member each year. 2. Reward: Providing a formal Letter of Appreciation and a Cash Prize to the selected recipients. *Objective:* The sole aim of this initiative is to recognize outstanding service, boost staff morale, and inspire all employees to perform their jobs meticulously, thereby collectively raising Park Hospital's Ranking in various specialties among other hospitals in the NCR.
