Founded in 2000 by renowned cardiac surgeon Dr. Devi Prasad Shetty, Narayana Health started as a 280-bed heart hospital in Bangalore, then known as Narayana Hrudayalaya. It has since grown into one of India’s largest private healthcare networks, rebranding as Narayana Health in 2013.
