ನಾನು ಡಾ. ವಸಂತ್ ರವರು ನಾರಾಯಣ ಮಲ್ಟಿಸ್ಪೆಷಾಲಿಟಿ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆ, ಎಚ್ಎಸ್ಆರ್ ಲೇಔಟ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ತಲೆಯ ನೋವಿಗೆ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ಪಡೆದೆ. ಅವರಿಗೆ ಧನ್ಯವಾದಗಳು. ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ಉತ್ತಮವಾಗಿದೆ.
Back pain se pareshaan tha. Physiotherapy sessions ke liye gaya Narayana Hospital HSR mein. Ab pain kaafi kam ho gaya hai.

I had been suffering from constant sinus infections. Dr. Suhel Hasan at Narayana Hrudayalaya near me, diagnosed it as chronic sinusitis and suggested a minor procedure. I’m finally breathing easy. It is the best e and t hospital near me that I found for my treatment.

One of the worst Doctor ever came across in my life. Bad experience as he does not take patients criticality seriously, we visited him as my father was diagnosed with Brain Hemorrhage, he asked to get admitted in the Narayana Mazumdar Shaw hospital next day morning as there was DSA procedure that needs to be carried out, when we went at morning 6 AM to the hospital counter for admission they say that there is no information shared by the doctor to them about the procedure and hence it cannot be done today. It was postponed for 2 days because the radiologist was not informed as well and there no slots for them to carry out. The doctor is highly irresponsible, doesn't give clarity on what needs to be done to the patients neither the hospital itself. I will request people to not go to such irresponsible doctors. Shame on Narayana Health to have such doctors at their hospital.
Good treatment and nice patience to the staff, and I specially thank the doctor He is a very nice doctor, and he shows very politeness towards the patient and to the family members
Patient care was given very well, treated the patient nicely, and diagnoses the patient condition accurately. We are very thankful to the cardiologist for my sister’s treatment, he is one of the best doctors in this hospital who understands patients and patient attendees very well and gives responses to all our doubts
The staff is very good. Accurate diagnosis, best treatment and good response. All ward staff are very communicative, helpful, and supportive towards patients.

Good and clean hospital. There is great team of doctors and good OT facility. The medical facilities are all great with good in-patient post operative care by doctors, nurses. The housekeeping staff is also good but they can respond to calls from the room a little faster.

The surgery was done well. However, the post surgery assistance and support provided is not adequate. After the Laser surgery, I was discharged. Later I'm suffering from fluctuating fever, suffocation and bleeding. Need assistance in this regard.

First of all there is no tranperancy while coordinating, the hexa health agent was promising something and the reality is different, I would like to share my experience. I was coordinating for this surgery for quiet a long time almost 5 days, till then no one told about the attendent part that someone should accompanied throughout the process, my surgery was fixed by 10 am and I got the info about the attendent by 8 am, I got a very less time to arrange one. Hexabuddy did not inform about change in surgeon day before surgery which was very dissapointing. Rest everything from admission to discharge everything was taken care by Hexa. Bill clarity had some confusion, still not clear

Most of the attendees in the hospital didn’t know kannada or proper English Communication with them was an issue The night duty sisters were very late to respond A special thanks to BALU from Hexa health who was always around for any support
Abilash was a helping us throughout. You coordinated so well right from getting approval from insurance to booking our return cab.
I had bad experience with Hexa health because at the time of pre surgery they told non medical expenses min 2000 to 5000 but they charged 14000 after that 7000 waved off but due to this my discharge got delayed and had fever and mental tension after the surgery.. Please update your websites and team that to no 100% insurance cover for the surgery.and there will be hassle experience.
Post surgery follow-up very difficult to get the doctor
Hexa care is such a scam, will make sure this is pubic and ensure people don't fall into this trap, with all evidences going on social media and also with all corporates intervention
Never give false information to your customers.
No proper response the bill is so high we have no idea how it got there, and wasted 5 days , and to top it off the multi speciality hospital has no operation theater, no hexa personal to support when there is a bill they disappear and disconnect calls , no proper hexa is a scam we have all the recordings etc and make sure this is made public
Pre surgey and post surgery explanation not done. Hexa Doctor not at all visited the room post surgery. Could have explained the details to Attender

We are not clear on the OT scheduled for us and taken 2 days in hospital. From pick up from home to till the discharge we had lot of disconnect. Since we are going with some expectations and if results are not good then it will hurts.

I gave 1 feedback in the past about the same but with a positive response. I am regretting it now. There was no coordination between the hospital and the hexahealth. Even there was no co ordination between the patient and the surgeon. At last minute, they changed my hospital which doesn't have the facilities according to my treatment. I had to travel 25kms in total to get 1 test and was back to the hospital at 1am at night. At the day of the surgery, there was no hexahealth's representative. Eve
