I took my baby for cough.. There were so many babies and little space that my baby got fever from there which was not there. Dr.Suresh prescribed Zyrcold syrup which is for more than 2yr baby where my baby is just one year, I checked it in Google and also with another doctor. In front of reception next to pharmacy there is a bisleri can but no glass provided.. They can atleast keep some use and throw glasses there. Mosquitoes everywhere, reception, 1st floor and 4th floor. In the general ward there is no fan or AC, full of mosquitoes.. Receptionist sent us to injection room for nebulization since sister was not there they sent us to general ward, they could have arranged a standby nurse or they should go for lunch one after another. In 4th floor they made us to wait for a long time. She connected the nebulizer with oxygen supply and went off. Since it was our first experience we don't even know to handle it. But nobody was there guide us. After 15 minutes she came and told that oxygen supply have stopped and went down and repeated the process. Baby was crying a lot... I too got fever from the ward. I saw a lady just cleaning the same bedspread and made it ready for next patient. And in the appollo pharmacy nebulizer costs is 2200 + 572 rs baby mask. So we just went to nearby Ramadev medical and took it for 1890rs with 2 yrs replacement warranty... Receptionist are waste, they were discussing about their boyfriends and reels etc when I was asking for the bill for nebulization.. Horrible experience
