Bad service and no response from sister If problem miner then there more money It was Very bad experiance for me
To, The Management, Zydus Hospital Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to formally raise serious concerns regarding the Complete Wellness Package (₹52,500) that I recently availed at your hospital. Unfortunately, my experience fell significantly below the standards expected from an institution of your reputation and given the premium price of this package. 1. Professionalism & Privacy Several doctors demonstrated unprofessional behaviour, giving the impression that patients were being “done a favour” rather than receiving a paid service. Consultations lacked privacy and dignity. On multiple occasions, family members of doctors were present while my personal health information was being discussed. Counselling sessions were disrupted frequently by people walking in and out, which was both distracting and highly inappropriate. 2. Hygiene & Safety Concerns During the ENT consultation, the same camera probe was used across patients without any visible sterilisation, raising serious infection risks. Used gauze with visible stains was handled carelessly, reflecting poor infection control practices. The dental consultation was rushed and superficial—the dentist merely glanced into my mouth for a few seconds, declared everything “fine,” and did not conduct a proper assessment. 3. Patient Care & Hospitality On the very first day, no dinner was provided. When I raised this with the nursing staff, I did not receive an apology, explanation, or any alternative arrangement. Such lapses highlight a lack of basic patient care and hospitality, which is unacceptable for a high-cost wellness package. 4. Physiotherapy Service Concerns Physiotherapy was included in my package; however, when I visited the Physiotherapy Department, around 15–20 staff members were present, and none attended to me. Only after I showed my file did one staff member ask another whether physiotherapy was part of the package. Eventually, a comment was made that the “Complete Wellness Package has nothing to check.” This is highly misleading and dismissive. I have an ongoing hip problem that required assessment, but the staff showed no genuine interest in providing the service. This not only reflects poor coordination but also suggests that essential patient needs are being overlooked. 5. Unfair Prioritisation of Patients I observed that wellness check-up patients (like myself) were prioritised, while elderly and visibly unwell patients—including younger children—were kept waiting for long periods. This gave the impression of “queue-jumping” based on payment, which is unfair and ethically questionable. 6. Value of Package & Report Errors The package consisted of surface-level checks only, lacking depth, personalised care, or holistic evaluation. More alarmingly, I later found that my file contained reports belonging to another patient—an extremely serious breach of confidentiality and accuracy. Considering the high cost, comparable or superior services are available at smaller hospitals and diagnostic centres at a fraction of the price. Conclusion The Complete Wellness Package (₹52,500) did not deliver the quality, professionalism, or thoroughness that was promised. The lack of hygiene, privacy, fairness, physiotherapy support, and accuracy has left me extremely dissatisfied. I cannot recommend this service in its current form. I strongly urge Zydus Hospital to urgently review and improve its protocols, staff training, and patient care standards to prevent recurrence of such issues. I also request a formal written response to this complaint along with details of the corrective measures being implemented.
