3. Step 3: Select 'Using Aadhaar' and click 'Next'.
4. Step 4: Enter your Aadhar number.
5. Step 5: Read the declaration, tick 'I agree', and answer the Captcha question before clicking 'Next'.
6. Step 6: Enter the OTP (One-Time Password) sent to your registered mobile number and click 'Next'.
7. Step 7: Your ABHA number Card is generated. You can download it by clicking 'Download ABHA number card'.

ABHA Card Registration using Driving Licence

To apply for an ABHA Health ID card through your driving licence, follow these steps:

1. Step 1: Visit 'ndhm.gov.in' official website.
2. Step 2: Click on 'Create ABHA number'.
3. Step 3: Select 'Using Driving Licence' and click 'Next'.
4. Step 4: Tick the declaration and click 'Next'.
5. Step 5: Enter the mobile number to be linked with your ABHA number, answer the captcha and click 'Next'.
6. Step 6: Now, enter the OTP and click 'Next'.
7. Step 7: Enter the details of your 'Driving Licence Number' along with your 'Name, Date of Birth' and 'Gender' and click 'Verify'.
8. Step 8: Your licence number will be verified.
9. Step 9: Fill in the details of your Address, State, District, and upload the front and back sides of your Driving Licence. Mark the declaration and click 'Submit'.
10. Step 10: You will get your enrolment number.
11. Step 11: Visit the nearest ABHA centre for physical verification and get your ABHA number.

ABHA ID registration can also be done using the ABHA application. It can be done hassle-free within a few minutes. Follow the steps to register yourself through the ABHA app: 

1. Go to Google Play Store.
2. Search ABHA, and you can see the result at the top.
3. Click on the ABHA app and install it on your phone.
4. Now, open the app, and you can see the option to 'Register' or 'Login'. Click on 'Register'.
5. You will get an option to register using the ABHA number, Mobile number or Email ID. Click on the suitable choice on the 'I want to create ABHA Address via' page.
6. Enter your Mobile Number and click 'Continue'.
7. You will receive an OTP on the registered mobile number. Verify it and click on 'Continue'.
8. Next, fill in the personal details like 'Name, Date of Birth, Gender, Email ID, Address, Select your State' and click 'Continue'.
9. Your ABHA registration is now complete, and you will get your unique ABHA address.

After successfully registering, you can log in to the portal any time you want and complete the ABHA card download process. You can follow these steps to log in:

1. Step 1: Visit the official website 'abha.abdm.gov.in'.
2. Step 2: Click 'Login'. 
3. Step 3: Select 'Login using ABHA Number', enter your 'ABHA Number' and the 'Captcha' and click 'Continue'.
4. Step 4: Select 'OTP on Mobile Number linked with Aadhaar' and click 'Continue'.
5. Step 5: Enter 'OTP' and click 'Continue'.
6. Step 6: You are now logged in, where you can view and download your ABHA Number Card.

The ABHA address or PHR (Personal Health Records) is similar to an email address. It is used for logging into the Health Information Exchange and Consent Management (HIE-CM). 

Each ABHA number should be linked to ABHA address to facilitate medical data exchange. You can generate your ABHA address using the following steps: 

1. Visit the website 'phr.abdm.gov.in'.
2. Click 'Create ABHA address' on the homepage.
3. Select 'ABHA Number' on the 'You can create ABHA address using' page and click 'Next'.
4. Enter your 'ABHA Number' and answer the captcha question. Now, click 'Continue'.
5. Select 'OTP on Mobile Number linked with your Aadhaar' and click 'Continue'.
6. You will receive an OTP. Enter the OTP and click 'Continue'.
7. Go to 'Create a New ABHA Address'.
8. Fill in the required details in 'Create New ABHA address' and 'Create Your Password' before clicking 'Submit'.
9. Your ABHA address is generated with a QR Scan.

You can link all your health records in the ABHA App. It will help you to share your medical reports with healthcare professionals digitally in one go. Follow the steps to link your health records:

1. Open the ABHA app and select “Login with ABHA Number”.
2. Enter your ABHA Number and Year of Birth. Select “Aadhaar OTP” to validate and click “Continue”.
3. Enter the 6-digit OTP and click “Continue”.
4. Now, select the ABHA address through which you wish to login and click “Login”.
5. Select “Link my Health Records”, where you can keep all your medical documents in one place.
