One-Star Review: Extremely Dissatisfying and Unprofessional Experience My recent experience at this hospital was nothing short of appalling. From the moment we arrived, the level of service was unacceptable and bordered on negligence. We were forced to wait for nearly three hours with a patient before being allocated a room, despite repeated requests for updates. This unconscionable delay significantly added to the stress of an already difficult situation. The issues continued throughout the stay. In the middle of the night, the lights went out, creating an unsafe environment, and there seemed to be no immediate or competent response to restore power or ensure patient safety. Furthermore, the nursing staff was uncooperative and unresponsive. We had to call for assistance again and again, and it felt as though no one was listening or willing to help. A lack of basic attention and professional care was evident. The most egregious issue, however, was the complete mishandling of the discharge process. The doctors explicitly stated the patient would be discharged in the morning. Instead, we were held hostage by bureaucracy and delays until 6 o'clock in the evening—a full day later than promised. This complete disregard for our time and the patient's well-being is unprofessional and unacceptable. I would strongly advise anyone seeking medical care to look elsewhere. The lack of basic infrastructure, the unhelpful staff, the interminable delays, and the false promises about discharge make this hospital a deeply stressful and disappointing choice.
