I am Kranthi Kumar V, writing to raise a concern regarding the treatment and billing process at Renova Nilima Hospital, Sanathnagar, which I experienced today. In the afternoon, my baby Nivishka fell at home and sustained a head injury. We rushed her to the hospital for emergency care. Unfortunately, the main doctor was not available at that time. The emergency staff cleaned the wound, and an assistant doctor took a photo of the injury to share with the main doctor, who only arrived around 5:00 PM. Despite the main doctor being unavailable during the critical time, the hospital issued a bill of approximately ₹10,000 (excluding medicine), and the estimated medicine charges were an additional ₹3,000–₹4,000. The injury was fortunately minor, but the charges raised serious concerns. I decided to leave the hospital immediately due to the lack of timely care and clarity. However, the receptionist insisted that I pay the charges, including the doctor consultation fee, even though the main doctor had not attended the patient during the emergency. After a discussion, they reduced the amount to ₹800 for doctor fee and ₹100 for other minor charges, which I paid. I find this practice extremely disappointing and unethical. Charging a consultation fee for a doctor who was not present is unacceptable, especially in a hospital that handles emergency cases. I am attaching the bill copy for your reference and request you to kindly investigate this matter and take appropriate action to ensure transparency and fairness in such situations.

Worest service. No proper service and care. management also no responsibility on patients . I spent 5 days on plastic surgery. First time I see this type of service in my life. Even no proper response also.
