Write a ReviewSubject: Formal Concern Regarding Recent Consultation with Dr. P.V.L.N. Murthy Dear Team, I am writing to formally express my concerns regarding my recent consultation with Dr. P.V.L.N. Murthy (ENT Surgeon) at Rainborn Hospital Banjarahills. I have been a loyal Rainbow patient for the past nine years; however, my experience yesterday was deeply disappointing and distressing. We visited the hospital due to severe respiratory issues affecting my eight-year-old child. Unfortunately, during the consultation, Dr. Murthy appeared rushed and was unresponsive to our concerns. Rather than conducting a thorough review, he immediately advised a CT scan, which cost us approximately Rs. 7,000, without taking adequate time to assess the results or discuss alternative treatments. When we inquired about the possibility of managing the condition with medicine, his response was abrupt, and he departed without providing any specified prescriptions or further guidance. I felt that his behavior, including his reluctance to listen and his unprofessional approach, was influenced by a need to expedite his schedule rather than by a sincere concern for my child's well-being. This has not only resulted in unnecessary expenses but has also severely impacted our trust in the quality of care provided. I kindly request that you look into this matter and advise on the steps that can be taken to ensure that such experiences are not repeated. I believe a thorough review of this incident will help maintain the high standards your institution is known for, and I would appreciate guidance on how we can address the financial and emotional loss incurred.
