One of the worst hospitals in Durgapur. From poor service to unacceptable behavior of the staff, everything about this hospital is a nightmare. The doctors and nurses seem completely unprofessional and careless about patient care. The hospital management is totally unresponsive to complaints or concerns, and there is a clear lack of coordination among departments. Cleanliness and hygiene are at their worst — dirty washrooms, filthy corridors, and no proper sanitation measures are maintained, making it a serious health hazard for patients and visitors. Basic facilities are either non-functional or extremely mismanaged. It is shocking how such a hospital is still operational. I would never recommend anyone to seek treatment here unless you want to risk your health even further. Highly disappointed and frustrated with the entire experience.

Hello, I got my Ankle ligament complete tear specifically ATFL while playing football, was under Dr. Debasis sir's treatment, my experience was very good and got my ligament healed without surgery. Thank You Sir, wish you good health.
