I took d & c treatment from Dr. Arthy Sharma on January through hexa health. Before procedure they gave suggestion well and explained and I paid 20k. but after treatment my health is not at all good even after 2 months of procedure I not got periods so I contacted hexa. They told to do some blood test I done that also, later they refuse to give medicine & says to consult some other gynecologist and hide about past treatment and take medicine. Very worst treatment I lost my health completely beca

The experience is worse, The service is worse and the Representative is a Liar. The hospital is worst you can come across, Starting from the Reception guy, who was sarcastically laughing at my face, when i said i was confirmed that i would be getting a Personal Cabin, in the package that was finalised. The Hexa Representative Lied about the package having a personal Cabin. Then he was not bale to book the cab, where i said, i did not need it anyway, and he persisted that he wants to do it, but

Actually I was not explained clearly actual procedure of the surgery, and as promised, Post surgery I didn't feel the same. Abhilash Karanji fooled me like 1. He said that we can resume work from next day, which is highly difficult. 2. I was not explained about physical cuts which will be made during surgery. Explained like complete scar/dent free which is false. 3.On hospital they haven't taken care of me post surgery, struggled to get up and even food wasn't served as discussed before. When I

Please give cab facility after surgery also and make sure that after surgery have to close the bill as soon as possible because to my case it will take too much time that's why other wise all good

I was to be given a private room, but I was given a general ward (not even a semi private room) for more than 4 hours post the surgery. After multiple followups they at last around 4-4.30pm, they shifted me to a private room when I was about to be discharged. This was very disappointing. I could not get any rest or sleep post procedure due to children crying around the general ward. The hospital staff was condenscending. They were not listening were not around when I was feeling nausea or wanted

Preoperation cost explained to me was3.5 lakhs and actual bill was 6lakhs. Which is huge disappointment for me.
