My experience at this hospital was nothing short of appalling. I encountered blatant instances of unethical behavior, including staff members shamelessly soliciting bribes and providing shockingly substandard care. The staff were not only unhelpful but downright rude, displaying a callous disregard for patient well-being and forcing me to run a frustrating gauntlet of different counters without any clear direction or assistance. While Dr. Parsoon Kamra was a rare exception, the rest of the staff seemed solely motivated by greed, prioritizing financial exploitation over patient care. The Ayushman Bharat counter staff were woefully incompetent, struggling with basic computer operations and demonstrating a disturbing lack of knowledge about the program. I was also subjected to a clear case of financial impropriety, with payment demanded and no receipt provided. While I won't publicly name the individuals involved, I issue the strongest possible warning: avoid this hospital at all costs if you have any concern for the safety and well-being of your loved ones.
