Founded by Padmashree Dr. Saroj Gupta, the institute was established with a focus on supporting cancer patients, particularly those from underserved communities.
Today, it is a 311-bed cancer hospital spread across 16 acres and continues to provide specialised care supported by modern medical technology.
The institute offers diagnostic, therapeutic, surgical, and supportive healthcare services. It has continuously upgraded its diagnostic facilities, radiotherapy machines, and surgical equipment to support the treatment of complex conditions. The hospital also focuses on making healthcare accessible at affordable costs.
