I am extremely disappointed with the experience at Navpreet hospital, Despite having a cashless insurance policy with Niva Bupa, I was forced to pay extra charges under the pretext of 'refurbishment' without any valid bill or explanation. It is unacceptable that a hospital would exploit patients like this. What's more concerning is that these actions were overseen by the son of Dr. Navpreet, the hospital owner. Instead of ensuring patient care and transparency, they chose to impose unjustified expenses. Patients come to hospitals during difficult times, placing their trust in the system. It's disheartening when that trust is broken
