Who should not have cosmetic surgery?

I started seeing a small lump on my forehead since last one year but it is slowly increasing in size and I don't feel any pain in it. When I showed it to the doctor he said that it will remain like this otherwise I should get surgery done.

I had bariatric surgery done by Dr. Amman and I am doing well now. However, I have a lot of loose, hanging skin on my stomach, which is causing me serious back pain and leg fatigue.
