Aceclomax P Tablet is a combination of Aceclofenac (100mg) and Paracetamol (325mg). It blocks chemical messengers responsible for pain, fever, and inflammation. It is used for short-term relief of joint and muscle pain in conditions like rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, muscle pain, back pain, toothache, or pain in the ear and throat.
