What foods should I avoid after a kidney transplant?

Alcohol and caffeine intake should be avoided. Avoid eating uncooked food, and certain vitamin and herbal supplements. Since the kidney removes waste from the body, thus it would be difficult for a transplanted kidney to work as a normal kidney if the above-mentioned items are taken by a kidney transplant patient.
