My belly fat and back fat increase to much. I want do reduce it plz suggest some diet and exercise
Hello Shubham Ji,
Thank you for sharing your concern. Gaining belly and back fat is common, and changing your daily habits can help you get back on track.
Eat home-cooked, balanced meals with plenty of vegetables, proteins, and whole grains.
Avoid fried food, sugary snacks, and soft drinks
Eat smaller portions and chew food slowly
Don’t skip meals, especially breakfast
Stay hydrated—drink 8–10 glasses of water a day
Be physically active—walk for 30 minutes daily
Get 7–8 hours of quality sleep
Manage stress through deep breathing or yoga
Limit screen time and avoid sitting for long periods
Avoid eating late at night
If your fat is stubborn and does not reduce despite following a healthy routine, you can consider liposuction, a safe and effective medical procedure.
Targets specific fat pockets like belly, back, arms, or thighs
Provides visible inch loss and better body shape
It’s a day-care procedure with quick recovery
Results are long-lasting when combined with healthy habits
To better guide you, we need to know your current weight, height, BMI, and any existing medical issues, such as thyroid or diabetes (if any).
Wishing you a confident and healthy transformation! Let me know if you'd like to consult a specialist or explore the liposuction option.
Need a pediatric assessment for my 4 year old boy having speech delay and behavioural problems in Mumbai
Hello Vijaysree Ji,
Feeling concerned when your child isn’t meeting certain milestones is completely understandable. At 4 years old, most children can speak in full sentences, follow instructions, and interact socially. So, if your son is showing speech delays and behavioural issues, it is important to check further.
Before moving ahead, you might consider:
Have you already consulted a paediatrician or speech therapist?
Has your child undergone any tests like a hearing evaluation, developmental screening, or autism assessment?
If not, the first step is a comprehensive developmental evaluation. This involves:
A visit to a developmental paediatrician
Possible assessment by a speech-language pathologist and a child psychologist
Screening for conditions like Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or ADHD, if needed
SRCC Children’s Hospital, Mahalaxmi – trusted for child development and therapy programs
Kokilaben Hospital, Andheri, has an advanced Child Development Centre
Tata Memorial’s M(PCTRC), Parel – offers pediatric neuro and behavioural services
HexaHealth can help you book the right consultations, coordinate appointments, and check insurance eligibility to make this process easier for you.
Wishing your son joyful growth and progress ahead, early support truly makes a difference.
I had suffer for breathing problem in last 5month ..I had check all the test ECG,Echo, igt(serum) negative, lung test .feeling very bad
Hi Harini,
I'm sorry you're feeling this way. Since you've already had tests like ECG, Echo, IgE (serum), and lung function tests, which came back normal, but you're still experiencing breathing problems for the last 5 months, here are a few possible causes to consider:
Anxiety or panic-related breathing issues (often missed)
GERD (acid reflux) causing chest tightness or breathlessness
Allergies or undetected asthma
Muscle fatigue or post-viral effects
Anaemia or low haemoglobin
Get a chest X-ray and CBC (Complete Blood Count) if not done.
Consult a pulmonologist for a second opinion.
Consider seeing a psychologist or psychiatrist if anxiety or panic is suspected.
Maintain a symptom diary (timing, triggers, severity) to help identify patterns.
Avoid dust, smoke, cold air, and heavy exertion.
Practice deep breathing exercises daily.
Elevate your head while sleeping if reflux is suspected.
Stay hydrated and follow a healthy, non-spicy diet.
Please don’t ignore persistent symptoms—early diagnosis helps with better recovery. Wishing you relief and better health soon.
