Dear Mr Anil Pal,
We understand your medical concern and are there to help you.
With a stone size between 10-20 mm and in the lower calyx of the kidney, RIRS or PCNL are the suggested treatment options.
RIRS is suggested as it is less invasive than PCNL, offering a high chance of a stone-free rate. RIRS is a good option in expert hands
ESWL requires multiple sessions and is suggested when the stone size is less than 10mm.
Please share your contact number so that we can help you with a good consultation from our expert surgeons.
