Dear Kunan ji,

Ear drum mein suraakh (hole) hone ko tympanic membrane perforation kehte hain. Agar ye chhota hai, to kuch cases mein apne aap heal ho sakta hai. Lekin agar suraakh purana hai, bada hai, ya baar-baar infection hota hai, to surgery (tympanoplasty) hi permanent solution hota hai.

Bina Surgery ke Options

  • Small hole ho to doctor observation aur ear hygiene recommend karte hain

  • Avoid paani jaana, khas kar swimming, snan ke dauraan

  • Repeated infection ho to antibiotic ear drops diye jaate hain

  • Lekin ye sab sirf temporary relief dete hain – permanent healing mostly self-closure ya surgery se hi hoti hai

Tympanoplasty (Ear Drum Surgery)

  • Minor daycare procedure hota hai

  • Local ya general anaesthesia mein kiya jaata hai

  • Lost hearing improve karta hai aur repeated infections se bachata hai

  • Recovery 1–2 weeks mein ho jaati hai

HexaHealth Aapki Kaise Madad Kare

  • Top ENT surgeon se consult fix karte hain

  • Aapka case evaluate karke genuine opinion dilwate hain – surgery zaruri hai ya nahi

  • Insurance hai to cashless surgery arrange karte hain

  • Cost concern ho to EMI options bhi available hain
