Can a Family Member Get Treatment Using Another Family Member's Ayushman Card?

Ayushman Bharat (PM-JAY) treatment benefits can only be availed by individuals whose names are registered as beneficiaries under the same eligible family record. Therefore, whether your father can receive treatment using your mother's Ayushman card depends on whether your father's name is included in the same Ayushman Bharat family beneficiary list as your mother.

If your father's name is listed as an eligible beneficiary under the family's Ayushman record, he will be able to avail cashless treatment for gallbladder stone (gallstone) treatment, including surgery, at a PM-JAY empanelled hospital. However, if his name is not included then he will not be eligible to use your mother's Ayushman card benefits.
