Procedure to a root canal

A root canal procedure involves removing infected or damaged tissue from inside the tooth, cleaning and disinfecting the root canal space, and sealing it to prevent further infection. It's typically done in several steps, including numbing the area, creating an access hole, cleaning the pulp chamber, shaping the canals, and filling them with a biocompatible material. Finally, a crown may be placed to restore the tooth's structure and function.
