Given your condition—lung cancer with spinal metastasis at D11, and the advice for spine surgery, this is a critical stage. Surgery may help relieve pain, prevent nerve damage, and improve your quality of life. But since it's a high-risk procedure, a proper evaluation by a multidisciplinary team is essential.
