I was suffering from Guillain-Barré Syndrome (GBS) from January 2023 and was admitted to the hospital for 8 days. During that time, some doctors advised me to take IV injections, which were extremely costly (around ₹6–7 lakhs). I decided not to proceed with that treatment. Other doctors suggested physiotherapy and vitamin medicines instead. I continued physiotherapy for about two months, after which I consulted Dr. Dinesh Singh, who is one of the best neurologists in Borivali West. Dr. Singh carefully examined my condition and started me on vitamin-based medicines, along with proper guidance. He also ensured regular care by calling me for follow-ups every three months. At that time, I was experiencing tremors in my fingers and cramps in both my legs, which were very uncomfortable and worrying. However, with continuous treatment under Dr. Dinesh Singh, I noticed gradual improvement. After about one year of treatment, the tremors in my hands and the leg cramps became very rare. Today, I am feeling much better and confident about my recovery. I am truly happy and satisfied with the treatment and guidance provided by Dr. Dinesh Singh. His calm approach, regular follow-ups, and effective treatment played a major role in my improvement, and I am very grateful to him.
