i was kinda nervous about my minor surgery, like removing a small cyst. bt the doctor at parivar hospital was very calm and made me feel at ease. he explained the whole procedure simply. the nurses were also nice and kept checking if i was ok. the operation theatre seemed clean, and recovery was smooth. didn't have any major issues. only thing is, sometimes getting an appointment takes a bit of time. otherwise, it was a good experience for a general hospital visit in gwalior. staff behaviour is generally good.

सच कहूँ तो, मुझे अपने पाइलोनिडल साइनस के इलाज को लेकर काफी चिंता थी, पर परिवार अस्पताल में मेरा अनुभव ज्यादातर अच्छा रहा। सर्जरी अच्छे से हुई, और ठीक होने के दौरान घाव की देखभाल करने वाली नर्सें बहुत सहायक थीं। मैं मेडिकल टीम की विशेषज्ञता की सराहना करता हूँ। सुविधाएँ काफी साफ हैं। कभी-कभी स्टाफ का ध्यान पाने में समय लगता है, खासकर रात में। लेकिन कुल मिलाकर, लागत के लिए, यह ग्वालियर में एक अच्छा विकल्प है। ऑपरेशन के बाद के निर्देश स्पष्ट थे, जिससे घर पर देखभाल में बहुत मदद मिली। बिलिंग थोड़ी उलझन भरी थी लेकिन बाद में ठीक हो गई। लेजर उपचार के परिणाम से खुश हूँ।
