ಬೊಮ್ಮಸಂದ್ರದ ನಾರಾಯಣ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಮಗೆ ಸಿಕ್ಕ ಈ ಉತ್ತಮ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆಗೆ ಡಾ. ಶಿಲ್ಪಾ ಅವರೇ ಕಾರಣ. ರಕ್ತಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ಜಟಿಲ ಕಾಯಿಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ಅವರು ಬಹಳ ಸರಳವಾಗಿ ತಿಳಿಹೇಳುತ್ತಾರೆ. ರೋಗಿಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಅವರು ತೋರುವ ಕಾಳಜಿ ಮತ್ತು ಅವರ ವೃತ್ತಿಪರತೆ ನಮಗೆ ಬಹಳ ಇಷ್ಟವಾಯಿತು. ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ವಿಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಇವರನ್ನು ಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ನಂಬಬಹುದು.

Dr. Shilpa managed my father's haematology treatment at Mazumdar Shaw. What I loved about her was her availability; she was always there to answer our smallest doubts. She makes a scary place like a cancer center feel a lot more hopeful. She is very grounded and ethical, and she never suggested a test that wasn't absolutely necessary.

ನನ್ನ ಮಗನ ರಕ್ತದ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಲವು ವ್ಯತ್ಯಾಸಗಳು ಕಂಡುಬಂದಾಗ ನಾವು ತುಂಬಾ ಹೆದರಿದ್ದೆವು. ಎಲೆಕ್ಟ್ರಾನಿಕ್ ಸಿಟಿಯ ನಾರಾಯಣ ಕ್ಲಿನಿಕ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಡಾ. ಶಿಲ್ಪಾ ಪ್ರಭು ಅವರನ್ನು ಭೇಟಿ ಮಾಡಿದೆವು. ಅವರು ನಮ್ಮ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಆತಂಕಗಳನ್ನು ದೂರ ಮಾಡಿದರು. ರೋಗಿಗಳ ಜೊತೆ ಅವರು ಮಾತನಾಡುವ ರೀತಿ ಬಹಳ ಮೃದುವಾಗಿದೆ. ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಮತ್ತು ದೊಡ್ಡವರಿಗೆ ಇಬ್ಬರಿಗೂ ಇವರು ತುಂಬಾ ಒಳ್ಳೆಯ ವೈದ್ಯರು.

ನನ್ನ ಅಕ್ಕನ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆಯ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಡಾ. ಶಿಲ್ಪಾ ಅವರು ತೋರಿದ ತಾಳ್ಮೆ ನಮಗೆ ಬಹಳ ನೆಮ್ಮದಿ ನೀಡಿತು. ಅವರು ರೋಗಿಗಳ ಜೊತೆ ಮಾತನಾಡುವ ರೀತಿ ಬಹಳ ವಿನಮ್ರವಾಗಿದೆ. ಬೊಮ್ಮಸಂದ್ರ ಮತ್ತು ಎಲೆಕ್ಟ್ರಾನಿಕ್ ಸಿಟಿ ಎರಡೂ ಕಡೆ ಅವರು ಲಭ್ಯವಿರುವುದು ನಮಗೆ ಬಹಳ ಅನುಕೂಲಕರವಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಯಾವುದೇ ಗೊಂದಲವಿಲ್ಲದೆ ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟವಾದ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ನೀಡುವ ಇವರು ಶ್ರೇಷ್ಠ ವೈದ್ಯರು.
