I had very bad experience with Dr Purnendu Roy (Genesis Hospital). Before doing gall bladder stone operation, I asked him that is there any stone in my bile duct, without doing MRCP he said “NO”. After operation I had stomach pain on regular basis and for that I visited him 3 times, but he completely ignored this matter. After 35 days of operation I had severe pain and visited nearby hospital (Hindustan health point). They given pain killer injection, but that didn’t work and then I had to admit in that hospital (HHP), they did MRCP and confirmed that one stone was stuck in my bile duct. Again I need to do ERCP and spend lot of money and was suffering that much. After ERCP, now I am fine. Very much disappointed with Dr Purnendu Roy.
