ನನ್ನ ಅಕ್ಕನ ಸೈನಸ್ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಯ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆಯ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಡಾ. ಸೌಮ್ಯ ಅವರು ತೋರಿದ ಕಾಳಜಿ ಮರೆಯಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ. ಅವರು ರೋಗಿಗಳ ಜೊತೆ ಮಾತನಾಡುವ ರೀತಿ ಬಹಳ ವಿನಮ್ರವಾಗಿದೆ. ಬೊಮ್ಮಸಂದ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಇಂತಹ ಅನುಭವಿ ವೈದ್ಯರು ಲಭ್ಯವಿರುವುದು ನಮಗೆ ಬಹಳ ಅನುಕೂಲಕರವಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಹಳೆಯ ವರದಿಗಳನ್ನು ಬಹಳ ಸೂಕ್ಷ್ಮವಾಗಿ ಗಮನಿಸುವ ಇವರ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸಾ ಶೈಲಿ ನಮಗೆ ತುಂಬಾ ಇಷ್ಟವಾಯಿತು.
