ನನಗೆ ಕೆಲವು ಆಹಾರ ಪದಾರ್ಥಗಳಿಗೆ ಅಲರ್ಜಿ ಇತ್ತು, ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಏನು ತಿನ್ನಬೇಕು ಅಂತ ಗೊತ್ತಾಗ್ತಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಡಾ. ಪವಿತ್ರಾ ಎನ್ ರಾಜ್ ಅವರು ನನ್ನ ಅಲರ್ಜಿಗಳನ್ನು ಅರ್ಥ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡು, ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಪರ್ಯಾಯವಾಗಿ ಯಾವೆಲ್ಲಾ ಪೌಷ್ಟಿಕ ಆಹಾರಗಳನ್ನು ಸೇವಿಸಬಹುದು ಎಂದು ವಿವರವಾಗಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು. ಅವರ ಸಲಹೆಯಿಂದ ನಾನೀಗ ಭಯವಿಲ್ಲದೆ ಊಟ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇನೆ.

ಈಗ ನನ್ನ ಮಗು ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿ ಊಟ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದೆ ಮತ್ತು ಆರೋಗ್ಯವಾಗಿ ಕಾಣುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಇವರು ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಪೋಷಣೆಗೆ ಅತ್ಯುತ್ತಮ ಸಲಹೆಗಳನ್ನು ನೀಡುತ್ತಾರೆ.

ನಾನು ಡಾ. ಪವಿತ್ರಾ ಎನ್ ರಾಜ್ ಅವರನ್ನು ಮಣಿಪಾಲ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆ, ಯಶವಂತಪುರದಲ್ಲಿ ಭೇಟಿ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದೆ. ನನಗೆ ಮಧುಮೇಹ ಇತ್ತು ಮತ್ತು ಸರಿಯಾದ ಆಹಾರ ಪದ್ಧತಿ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ತಿಳುವಳಿಕೆ ಇರಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಮೇಡಮ್ ತುಂಬಾ ತಾಳ್ಮೆಯಿಂದ ನನ್ನ ಜೀವನಶೈಲಿಗೆ ಹೊಂದುವಂತಹ ಡಯಟ್ ಪ್ಲಾನ್ ಕೊಟ್ಟರು. ಅವರ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನದಿಂದ ನನ್ನ ಶುಗರ್ ಮಟ್ಟ ನಿಯಂತ್ರಣಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದಿದೆ ಮತ್ತು ನಾನು ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಚೈತನ್ಯದಿಂದಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ಅವರ ಸಲಹೆಗಳು ನಿಜವಾಗಿಯೂ ಅದ್ಭುತವಾಗಿವೆ.
