আমার ঠাকুমার হার্ট বাইপাস সার্জারির সময় অ্যানাস্থেশিয়ার দায়িত্বে ছিলেন ডাক্তার শুভেন্দু সরকার। উনি ওনার কাজে অত্যন্ত দক্ষ এবং পেশাদার। অপারেশনের আগে আমাদের খুব ভয় লাগছিল কিন্তু উনি আমাদের মানসিকভাবে যেভাবে সাহস জুগিয়েছেন তা ভোলার নয়। চিকিৎসার পরে ঠাকুমার কোনো রকম কষ্ট হয়নি। ওনার ব্যবহার সত্যিই প্রশংসনীয়।
