3. Select the District.
4. Select the appropriate Hospital Type like private , public.
5. Search for the hospital by its name if you have any in your mind.
6. Enter the Captcha
7. Click Search.
8. Check whether the hospital is currently empanelled under PM-JAY.
9. Check Proper empanelled list.
