How to Check an Ayushman Hospital?

1. Open the official Ayushman Bharat PM-JAY hospital search portal.

2. Select your state.

3. Select your district.

4. Select the appropriate hospital type like public, private.

5. Search for the hospital by its name if you have in mind to check empanelled or not its, its optional.

6. Enter Captcha

7. Click Search

8. Check whether the hospital is currently empanelled under Ayushman Bharat or see the overall list of hospitals.

9. After Check whether maternity and delivery services are available under the scheme.

Documents Usually Required
