1. Open the official Ayushman Bharat PM-JAY Hospital Search portal.

2. Select Gujarat as the State.

3. Select Vadodara as the District.

4. Choose Government or Private Hospital, as required.

5. Select the relevant ENT/Otorhinolaryngology specialty.

6. Search the hospital by name if you have a particular hospital in mind.

7. Complete the captcha, if shown.

8. Click Search.

9. Check whether the hospital shows active PM-JAY empanelment and ENT services.

10. Before admission, visit the hospital's Ayushman Mitra/Ayushman desk and confirm that the exact ENT treatment or procedure is covered under the PM-JAY package and can be provided cashlessly.
