Is ILS Hospital, Salkia Empanelled Under the Ayushman Bharat PM-JAY Scheme?

How to Check Ayushman Hospital Empanelment

1. Open the official Ayushman Bharat PM-JAY Hospital Search portal.

2. Select West Bengal as the State.

3. Select Howrah as the District.

4. Choose Private Hospital under Hospital Type.

5. Select the required specialty.

6. Enter the hospital name, such as ILS Hospital, if the option is available.

7. Complete the captcha, if shown.

8. Click Search.

9. Check whether the hospital appears with active PM-JAY empanelment.

10. Before admission, contact the hospital's Ayushman Mitra/Ayushman desk and confirm that the required treatment is covered under the applicable PM-JAY package and can be provided cashlessly.

• Aadhaar card or valid government ID
