7. Complete the captcha, if shown.

8. Click Search.

9. Check whether the hospital has active PM-JAY empanelment.

10. Before admission, visit the hospital's Ayushman Mitra/Ayushman desk and confirm that cataract surgery is covered under the applicable package and that cashless approval can be processed.
