Description
2 year before heart surgery now check pain and full body week
Dear Dinesh ji,
Since you had heart surgery about 2 years ago and are now experiencing pain along with whole-body weakness, it is important not to ignore these symptoms. The exact cause cannot be determined without an examination and appropriate heart tests.
The symptoms occur due to several reasons, including :
Recurrence or progression of a heart-related problem
Reduced blood flow to the heart
Irregular heartbeat or other cardiac complications
High or low blood pressure
Anaemia or nutritional deficiencies
Thyroid problems
Diabetes or uncontrolled blood sugar
Infection or another underlying illness
Side effects of certain medicines
Physical weakness or poor nutrition
Chest pain after previous heart surgery deserves particular attention because heart-related causes need to be ruled out first.
We recommend arranging a consultation with a cardiologist as soon as possible. The doctor review your previous surgery records and medicines and may advise tests such as
ECG
Echocardiogram
Blood pressure and blood sugar testing
Complete blood count and other blood tests
Lipid profile
Kidney and thyroid function tests
Troponin or other cardiac tests when clinically required
Further cardiac evaluation based on your symptoms
Do not stop or change your heart medicines without your doctor's advice.
Seek emergency medical care immediately if the pain is severe, persistent, or associated with :
Difficulty breathing
Sweating or nausea
Dizziness or fainting
Pain spreading to the arm, shoulder, back, neck, or jaw
Sudden extreme weakness
Fast, irregular, or unusually slow heartbeat
These symptoms can sometimes indicate a serious cardiac problem and should be evaluated urgently.
Until you are medically evaluated :
Avoid strenuous exercise or heavy physical activity.
Take prescribed medicines exactly as directed.
Monitor your blood pressure and blood sugar if advised.
Avoid smoking and tobacco products.
Follow a heart-healthy, low-salt diet.
Maintain adequate hydration unless fluid restriction was prescribed.
Keep your previous surgery reports and current medicine list ready.
We can help you connect with experienced cardiologists and suitable partner hospitals for consultation, investigations, treatment coordination, and hospital-related support.
Please share your city and state with us. We can help you identify suitable cardiology options near you and guide you on the next steps.
Wishing you and your family good health always.
Warm regards,
Team HexaHealth
