How to Check an Ayushman Hospital for Pacemaker

Before admission, follow these steps:

1. Open the official PM-JAY hospital search portal.

2. Select your State.

3. Select your District.

4. Search the hospital by its exact name.

5. Check that the hospital's PM-JAY empanelment is currently active.

6. Check whether Cardiology or CTVS services are available.

7. Contact the hospital's Ayushman Mitra/Ayushman help desk.

8. Tell them that pacemaker implantation has been advised

Documents Required

Carry the following documents to the hospital

• Ayushman Bharat PM-JAY Card/e-Ayushman Card

• Aadhaar Card or valid identity proof

• Cardiologist's prescription or pacemaker recommendation

• ECG report

• 2D Echo report, if available

• Holter monitoring report, if performed

• Previous cardiac investigation reports

• Previous discharge summaries

• Recent blood-test reports

• Current medicines list
