What I appreciate most about Dr Ashwini is her ability to explain complex lung conditions in very simple Konkani and English. I visited her for asthma management and she spent time correcting my inhaler technique and explaining trigger avoidance. Asthma attacks have reduced significantly since then.

My father had a large pleural effusion causing severe breathlessness. Dr Ashwini performed thoracocentesis and pigtail tube insertion very skillfully at Manipal Dona Paula.
