मेरी ओपन हार्ट सर्जरी से पहले बहुत डर था कि एनेस्थीसिया के दौरान क्या होगा। लेकिन डॉ विकस त्यागी ने पूरी प्रक्रिया बहुत सरल और सुरक्षित तरीके से समझाई। सर्जरी के दौरान दर्द बिल्कुल महसूस नहीं हुआ और जागने के बाद भी कोई परेशानी नहीं हुई। उनकी स्किल और व्यवहार ने सच में भरोसा दिलाया।
