उन्होंने 'लो एंटीरियर रिसेक्शन' (low anterior resection) सर्जरी के बारे में विस्तार से बताया और मेरे सभी सवालों का जवाब दिया। ऑपरेशन के बाद भी उन्होंने मेरी बहुत अच्छी देखभाल की। उनकी वजह से मैं इस बीमारी से उबर पाई हूँ। डॉ. वर्मा सच में एक मरीज़-केंद्रित डॉक्टर हैं।
