How to check whether maternity treatment is covered under which hospital?

1. Open the official PM-JAY Hospital Search portal.

2. Select your State.

3. Select your District.

4. Choose Government or Private Hospital.

5. Select the relevant specialty, such as Gynaecology/Obstetrics, if available.

6. Search the exact hospital name.

7. Enter the captcha, if shown.

8. Click on Search.

9. Check whether the hospital has active PM-JAY empanelment and the required maternity/delivery package.

10. Visit the hospital's Ayushman Mitra/PM-JAY desk with the pregnancy records and doctor’s advice. Ask them to confirm the applicable package and whether pre-authorisation is required.
