How to check an Ayushman hospital for maternity treatment

1. Open the official PM-JAY Hospital Search portal.

2. Select your State.

3. Select your District.

4. First check the overall PM-JAY empanelled hospital list for your district.

5. Select Government or Private hospital, if required.

6. Select Obstetrics & Gynaecology as the specialty.

7. Search for the exact hospital name.

8. Enter the captcha, if shown.

9. Click Search and check whether the hospital is currently active under PM-JAY.

10. Visit the hospital's Ayushman Mitra/PM-JAY desk and ask whether your required maternity treatment is covered under an active package and whether any pre-authorisation is required.

Being listed under PM-JAY does not automatically mean that every maternity service is covered. The exact package and hospital service availability should be confirmed before admission.
