Hello Mr Saurav,

To increase your RBC count, eat a balanced diet rich in iron, vitamin B12, and folate. Include leafy greens, lean meats, beans, and fortified cereals. Stay hydrated, and consider consulting a healthcare professional for personalized advice.

It's normal for differential leukocyte counts to vary during different activities, including exercise. Extreme aerobic exercise can temporarily elevate certain leukocytes, like monocytes, due to the body's response to stress. However, if your absolute leukocyte count (monocytes) remains within normal range, it's usually not a cause for concern. If you have specific health concerns related to exercise, it's best to consult a healthcare provider for personalized guidance.
